“BeWELL – EUNOIA”: Prva pomoč za duševno zdravje (PPDZ) na delovnem mestu, (št. 2020-1-IE01-KA202-065977)

Ključna aktivnost 2: Projekti strateška partnerstva
IR1 – Spletna platforma z interaktivnim usposabljanjem za PPDZ na delovnem mestu – osrednji del kompleta PPDZ na delovnem mestu. Cilj je ustvariti spletni prostor, v katerem bodo ljudje dostopali do podpornega orodja in imeli priložnost sodelovati v aktivnostih projekta.
IR2 – Priročnik za delodajalce o izvajanju PPDZ na delovnem mestu bo razvit posebej za vodje oddelkov. Naslovil bo teme povezane z načini pravilnega uvajanja PPDZ na delovnem mestu in načinih, kako bi bilo mogoče tovrstno pomoč brez težav integrirati v obstoječe sisteme vodenja. Izziv, ki ga naslavljamo, je razviti sistem upravljanja PPDZ na delovnem mestu, ki bi ga bilo mogoče enostavno integrirati v obstoječe sisteme upravljanja in postopke upravljanja posameznih delovnih mest. Predstavljal bo sestavni del podpornih orodij (spletna platforma, izobraževalni video posnetki, Priročnik za zaposlene) in bo vseboval obrazce, predloge in delovne liste, potrebne za nemoteno izvedbo.
IR3 – Priročnik za zaposlene o PPDZ na delovnem mestu bo vseboval smernice, ki bodo predstavljale najboljše prakse v strategijah zagotavljanja PPDZ na delovnem mestu, pri čemer bodo posebej prilagojene sistemu upravljanja varnosti in zdravja pri delu. Priročnik bo uporabljen kot del orodja za uvajanje PPDZ na delovnem mestu. Na voljo bo skupaj s spletno platform, serijo izobraževalnih videoposnetkov in Priročnikom za zaposlene. Vseboval bo obrazce, predloge in delovne liste, potrebne za izvedbo. Priročnik bo posebej namenjen zaposlenim in bo služil kot trajnostno orodje za njihov osebni in poklicni razvoj, saj jih bo povezal z ustreznimi viri, spodbudil njihovo samopodobo in jim pomagal razviti empatijo, izboljšati njihovo delovno uspešnost in navsezadnje povečal sposobnost spoprijeti se z vprašanji povezanimi z duševnim zdravjem.

Key Action 2: Strategic Partnership Projects
IO1 – Online platform with Interactive Mental Health First Aid training will be a core component of the occupational Mental Health First Aid Kit. The aim is to create an online space for people to find support tools and participate with co-workers in activities that promote wellbeing.
IO2 – A handbook for Employers on Mental Health First Aid Implementation will be developed specifically for managers of the workplace on how to properly implement a Mental Health First Aid programme into the workplace, and how it can be integrated seamlessly with existing management systems. The handbook will be used as part of the toolkit to introduce MHFA to workplaces. It will accompany the website, the video series, and the employee handbook and it will also contain forms, templates and worksheets required for implementation.
IO3 – A handbook for Employees on Mental Health First Aid – will be used as part of the toolkit to introduce MHFA to workplaces. It will accompany the website, the video series, and the employee handbook and it will also contain forms, templates and worksheets required for implementation. This handbook is specifically targeted to the employees and will serve as a sustainable tool towards their personal and professional development, it will connect them with the appropriate resources, foster their self-esteem, and help them acquire empathy, enhance their work performance and ultimately increase their ability to manage mental health issues.
